I recommend choosing a publicly traded hotel (chain) with national/international presence, either in the middle market or upper market, such as Holiday Inn (held by IHG) and Hilton (HLT) so that you can read its industrial profile from NASDAQ, Yahoo finance and other easy-to-access sources.

For Part II of this exercise, just write down your answer in a few paragraphs. You dont need to prepare a poster.
