Read/view the information about Patagonia, Starbucks, and Delta Airlines and how they promote both their brand and employee satisfaction through their company’s core values and community service. All three companies also promote these values using social media, a must for companies who want to reach new customers. As you read the articles and watch the video, think about how these strategies make Patagonia, Starbucks, and Delta different. Also think about how they use social media to help broadcast their messages to the widest possible audience and what makes their campaigns successful, or not.
After watching the video and reading the articles, write a paper as if you are writing a report to your HR/Training supervisor. Your paper should be no more than two pages.
